Curvature measurement of micro transparent lens

Preliminary analysis, the use of curvature 2800mm-3500mm, step for 50mm analysis, the error curve is as follows:



The second step analysis: the use of curvature 3200mm-3300mm, step for 10mm analysis, the error curve is as follows:



The third step analysis, the use of curvature 3231mm-3247mm, step for 1mm analysis, the error curve is as follows:



With the 3200mm curvature lens for error contrast, there is an obvious error distribution from inside to outside, indicating that the measured lens curvature is larger than 3200mm.




With the 3300mm curvature lens for error contrast, there is obvious inward error distribution, indicating that the measured lens curvature is smaller than 3300mm.




With the best value of 3239mm curvature of the lens error contrast, the error is very small, the use of 2mrad scale has been unable to see the trend.




To reduce the error scale to 0.3mrad, we can see some trend distribution, but the overall error has been very small, reaching 0.157mrad.




Result analysis

1、The measurement of this kind of micro lens can be realized by testing equipment. The measured curvature of the lens is 3239mm, and the root mean square error is less than 0.157mrad (0.009 degrees).

2、The number of measured points of the lens is 270 thousand, the error chart, the data trend, different angles and different distances of repeated measurements confirm that the error is 1mm, the measurement results are stable.
