Overview:
AncientO SHF-GM series of optical instrument / curvity profiler is non-contact detection system for a mirror radius of curvity and surface, in 5 seconds to analyze hundreds of thousands of points on the surface of ATIMP Pro by computing the mirror image processing software developed entirely, surface data of curvity detection results are given accuracy of up to 0.2 per 1000 and the precision of nm, to meet the needs of the application in high level.
